Hello all! My name is De’Zhane Brown Churchill and I am currently a third year psychology major  at University of California-Merced. With being apart of the graduating class of 2020 I did not know what to expect when leaving for college  and because I am from Southern California... I was unsure of what to expect when attending UC Merced. As soon as I got onto campus I instantly felt welcomed by all of the friendly people there. Because of this my second year it was way easier for me to build a community. During my time at UC Merced I cofounded an organization as well as I am on an executive board for another organization.
