HI there! I am Gianna Mariano, a freshman at the University of Arizona. I am majoring in Pre-Business which was a very hard decision to make. I know when deciding schools and majors it can be overwhelming. I hope that I can help out with that and show you the process that I went... through, and what college life is like for me right now. There are always main events on what the U of A calls the "mall", which is a huge grass area where there are tents. Clubs and organizations set up there and make it easy for you to make friends and join activities to your liking. The University of Arizona does a very good job of being inclusive towards every student and their liking. I have attended many events at the mall, connecting to fellow students around me. I do live off campus, being a little different from the dorms when attending school as a Freshman. I will be able to give you the in's and out's of my experiences and process of being a freshmen in college! Show more
