Jennifer Azzi is a former basketball coach, most recently the head coach of the women's team at the University of San Francisco. Azzi is also a former collegiate and professional basketball player, as well as an Olympic and FIBA world champion. With achievements including seven ...Hall of Fame inductions, an Olympic Gold Medal, a Stanford National Championship, the Naismith Award, the Wade Trophy, a successful WNBA career and transforming the University of San Francisco Women’s Basketball to a WCC Championship Title and an NCAA Tournament appearance for the first time in 20 years. Her team also won top honors in the classroom with a team 3.4 GPA winning the prestigious APR Award for academic excellence. Azzi's accomplishments have firmly established her as one of the most accomplished figures in sports. Post playing and coaching careers, she has served as an ambassador for the sport, both nationally and internationally.
