I am a senior at Stanford University studying Biomechanical Engineering with a depth in Physics. I've had the chance to explore not only my major but other hobbies and interests as well. Having that opportunity was a major factor in choosing my college among others. Figuring out... what factors to take into considerations and what possible opportunities each college has can be very overwhelming. After having experience with different projects, clubs, organizations, and starting my professional carrier, I want to offer any insight I may have to the decision making process and how one may optimize their time. I have loved my time at Stanford, getting to work in to Product Realization Lab, chair in our National Society of Black Engineers chapter, play in the D1 Womens Club Rugby Team, study abroad, teach a class, among other experiences and would be more than happy to share any insight on how I chose a school that fit me the best.
