Hey there! I am currently a junior at Purdue University where I’m studying Mechanical Engineering with minors in Business Economics and Design & Innovation. I was born and raised in Kenya so moving all the way to West Lafayette was a huge change, but Purdue offers a plethora of ...clubs and activities to make sure you’re involved from day 1. Along with some of the best academics in the US, there are over 1000 clubs and societies to pick from, including one of my favorites, the Weightlifting Club. Clubs are a great way to relive stress, meet new people and learn new skills. I have also had plenty of professional development and leadership opportunities that have helped me find internships!
