I am a senior economics student at UW Madison. As a transfer student from out of state it was important for me to find people that I could connect with. I can offer a insight into my experiences as a transfer student who had never been to Wisconsin before to preparing for gradua...tion and navigating the job search. In my time here I have held leadership positions in clubs, represented the university in inter collegiate chess events, started a intramural basketball team with friends, and attended processional development trips across the country. The wide variety of student organizations from fun clubs to social clubs to professional clubs meant that there was always something to do depending on my interest. Picking a university is a complicated and important decision and I’d be more than happy to describe the reason I decided to attend UW Madison. Show more
