Hi! I’m Savannah Winkenhofer and am heading into my second year at Cal Poly SLO in the College of Agriculture, Food Science and Environmental Science. I am majoring in Nutrition and looking to minor in biology. Going to college and figuring out my first year during the end of CO...VID has had it’s ups and downs, but Cal Poly has done an amazing job with this situation. During my first year I have worked hard to get involved in different ways. A few ways I have done this is by obtaining a spot on the Food Science and Nutrition Student Advisory Committee, joining youth groups and a few science based clubs and volunteering at the local coffee shop on campus! I absolutely love Cal Poly and would love to help anyone who is looking to learn more about the school and anyone needing help with the first year college process.
