Hey guys, what’s up! I am currently a freshman at UC Santa Cruz in Jack Baskins School of Engineering. My major is Computer Science, and I plan to double major in Computer Game Design or Computer Engineering. Going to college after they switched to remote because of COVID-19 and... opening to in person for the first time, I had my doubts about whether my first quarter would be any good. But I had a perfect time with UCSC doing a great job keeping students safe and engaged at the same time. Even though the pandemic was still going on, I made a ton of new friends, joined excellent clubs, was successful in my classes, and overall had my mind blown about how I had a fabulous time. Picking what school you’re going to commit to for the next four years is very stressful as college is a life-changing experience, and I want to help you as much as possible when you ask me any questions about UCSC.
