Hello! My name is William Remoundos, and I am a freshman at Cornell University in the College of Arts and Sciences. I am majoring in Government and Environment and Sustainability. I am also passionate about visual and performance arts, and am part of the Thread magazine at Corne...ll. Thread is an independent student publication and the only fashion and art magazine at Cornell, which facilitates student creativity and collaboration. I also work as a student-intern at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art. The Johnson museum provides a nexus of fine art exhibitions ranging from Picasso to faculty work, and is a center for numerous student-oriented programs and research opportunities. The process of applying to universities and selecting one to attend can be difficult to navigate, and I hope to share the insight I have gained in going from a small high school in San Francisco to Cornell.
