Chief Carlos J. Gomez was born in Passaic New Jersey after his parents immigrated to the US from the Dominican Republic. Gomez is currently assigned to Navy Reserve Talent Acquistion Group (RTAG) Southwest headquartered in San Diego, California. Later moved to Navy Reserve Cente...r San Diego where he became the Leading Petty Officer (LPO) and earned Legacy LPO of the year FY22.
