I just finished my sophomore year at Middlebury College majoring in Economics with a minor in Spanish. I play Division 3 baseball for the Panthers and also am a member of the Middlebury Student Investment Committee. I will be studying abroad this fall at one of Middlebury’s own ...schools in Madrid. Though I play baseball, I was not a recruited athlete, so I have the unique viewpoint of someone who went through the standard college process, while also understanding what it is like to be a student-athlete at a school like Middlebury. I hope to find a job in the finance field after school (yes, it certainly is possible from a liberal arts college). I had a pretty extensive college list myself, and ultimately chose Middlebury over other schools, many similar but also many different, so I will do my best to provide insight on why Middlebury is unique.
