Hi there! My name is Max Porto and am a rising Junior at Columbia University. I am majoring in Economics as well as Film and Media Studies at Columbia University! I spent most of my childhood in Ann Arbor, Michigan (Go Blue!) and ventured out west to Berkeley in my late teens fo...r a few years. Although it took a while to acclimate myself to this new environment, I'm continually grateful for the opportunity to explore all of the great things this city and the institution have to offer. At the moment, I'm living in an apartment in Brooklyn, which gives me another perspective on attending Columbia that I previously never considered during my time in the dorms. Usually, when I'm not working on assignments, I'm either playing pickup soccer or spontaneously attending random events around the city with friends.
