Hey there! I am currently at senior at Sacramento State University. I will be the first one on my family to graduate from a 4-year university. My major is Sociology. I ran track and cheered in high school, however in college I decided to work instead. I did join Black Student Un...ion (BSU) as a way to stay connected and involved. Choosing which college I was going to attend, added some pressure on me but ultimately when I went on college tours, I went with the college that felt like home! Despite Covid and online learning, I pushed through and maintained and I always looked at the bigger picture which was walking the stage with my degree.
