Stephanie Maiorano is a principle dancer with the San Diego Ballet, where she has been performing since 2007. She has had numerous roles originated on her during her tenure as principle dancer including : Suite Italian, Debussy Dances, The Many Loves of Don Juan, The Seven Beaut...ies, The Jungle Book and Giselle. Other ballets Stephanie performed both nationally and internationally as the Principle artist include: Romeo and Juliet, Firebird, Cinderella, Coppelia, La Sylphide, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and others. Stephanie was featured in the San Diego Union Tribune under Notable San Diegans, and has also appeared in an upcoming documentary intended for release nationally, on PBS, entitled “Ineffable,”. Along with performing Stephanie is also a ballet coach, a teacher at the San Diego Ballet School, and is the Artistic Director of the San Diego Ballet Summer Intensive.
